Can I Try Out the Gym?
Absolutely – it’s a great idea! Every new client is welcome to enjoy one free trial visit.
Check out our equipment, atmosphere, cleanliness, and training comfort.
Just come during reception hours (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 8.30 PM), register in our system, and… start your workout! We’ll be happy to see you!
What’s the Minimum Age to Use the Gym?
If you’re 15 or older, you’re welcome to join our gym! It’s quick and easy.
Just visit the reception with your photo ID and a signed parental/guardian consent form, which you can find here:
Do You Offer Discounts for Students and Pupils?
Yes! We offer special discounts for students and school pupils. Check out our current promotions in the Pricing section or ask at the reception for details.
Do You Accept Sport Cards Like Multisport / PZU / Medicover / FitProfit?
Yes, we do! We accept the following cards:
- Multisport (Plus, Student, Senior)
- PZU Sport
- Medicover Sport
- Fit Profit
Entry with a sport card is possible during reception hours (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM).
Please arrive a few minutes early to complete the registration process.
Can I Pay Monthly Without a Long-Term Contract?
Yes! We offer flexible monthly memberships with no need to sign long-term agreements. Train on your own terms and fit the gym into your lifestyle.
Can I Buy a Membership Online?
Yes! You can purchase your membership through our online system – it’s quick, convenient, and queue-free.
Can I Freeze My Membership?
Yes. If you’ve been our active member for at least 3 consecutive months, you have the right to freeze your membership up to 3 times within the following 6 months.
Each freeze can last up to 7 days.
I Lost My Club Card – What Should I Do?
Please report it to the reception as soon as possible. We’ll block your old card and issue a new one (replacement fee: 25 PLN). This way, your account and gym access stay safe.
What Should I Bring for My Workout?
MUST HAVE:
- Clean indoor sports shoes – You may only train in clean shoes changed in the locker room. Club staff may ask you to leave the gym if proper footwear is not worn.
- Shower sandals – If you plan to use the showers, please wear flip-flops for hygiene, just like at the pool.
- Comfortable, breathable workout clothes.
- Towel – for your hygiene and comfort.
What else might come in handy?
- Water or isotonic drink – You can also buy drinks at the reception
- Water bottle or shaker – Protein powder and milk/water are available at the front desk
Can I Train with My Own Personal Trainer?
Yes – if you have an active OPEN GYM membership and your trainer holds a valid Trainer Pass at our club.
If not, we invite you to train with one of our certified in-house personal trainers.
Do I Need to Book My Workout in Advance?
No – there’s no need to book your gym entry. Just come and train whenever it suits you. The only exception is personal training sessions, which require prior booking.
You can also check how many people are currently in the gym via the Member Zone.
Are There Showers at the Gym?
Yes! We care about your comfort – our gym offers separate changing rooms for women and men, with automatic lockers, showers, sinks, and hair dryers
Is There Parking at the Gym?
Yes! We offer free parking for our members – no stress, no searching for a spot.
You can park 24/7 in the spaces marked “Grafit”, and from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM behind the office building.
Do You Have Wi-Fi at the Gym?
Yes! We offer free Wi-Fi for all members – just ask at the reception for the password.
Is the Gym Accessible for People with Disabilities?
Yes. We’ve ensured easy access and comfort for everyone.
